Warranty Policy

Items are sold as-is and are not covered under warranty. However, if you received an item with a non-cosmetic manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date so we can review the issue. Email us at warranty@gatorcases.com with photos of the defect, a description of the issue, and your order number. If an exchange is approved, please note that Gator does not refund or cover shipping costs, and items sent back may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Items shipped back to us without prior written approval may be subject to a restocking fee from 20% up to 100%.
